Matthijs de Ligt's move to Manchester United is looking increasingly likely.
"A move for De Ligt is taking shape," Germany's Sky Sports reported on Monday (June 1). United have already opened talks with his agent Raffaella Pimenta," Sky Sports reported.
Munich are looking to rebuild their defense for the upcoming 2024-25 season. The Bavarians are determined to shake off a poor 2023-24 season. Munich finished third in the German Bundesliga behind Leverkusen and Stuttgart. Leverkusen, in particular, humiliated them without a win.
